Overview
AdventHealth, one of the largest healthcare systems in the United States, sought to enhance the efficiency and user experience of their Centre Care Employee Portal. The goal was to create a centralized, intuitive platform where employees could easily access resources, and manage schedules.
The Challenge
The existing employee portal was outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked the necessary features to support the growing needs of the workforce. Employees often struggled with locating essential information, leading to frustration and inefficiencies.
The Solution
I led the redesign of the employee portal, focusing on user-centered design principles. The new design prioritized ease of navigation, with a clean and organized interface that grouped resources logically. Key features like schedule management, document access, and internal messaging were made more accessible and intuitive.
